Tom has 31 years experience in Real Estate, Construction and Land Development prior to joining Coldwell Banker. He earned the top award at his former company and ranked in the top 4% of their agents nationwide.
Tom has been ranked in the top 100 if the WPMLS many times for listings and listings sold. He has been among the leaders in listing and selling Vacant Land over the last 10 years.
While attending a ten-week program given by the FLOYD WICKMAN GROUP, he was the only agent out of 70 agents competing who achieved the goal of at least one listing a week during the ten week period. For that he received the ON TRACK AWARD, he also received TOP PRODUCER, TOP LISTER and TOP OVERALL PRODUCER AWARDS for the FLOYD WICKMAN COURSE.
I have a strong background in Construction and Land Development. I have been involved in over ten sub-divisions and built five new homes over the last 20 years. For the last Ten Years I have been listing and selling homes and vacant land in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess County.
I have been married to my wife, Theresa, for 30 years. Theresa has worked at Amscan Inc. located in Elmsford for the past 10 years as a Sales Liaison to National Accounts. We have three daughters. Sabrina is a graduate of Fordham University, she works for ABC radio and lives in Brooklyn, Sarina is a graduate of Tampa University with a degree in Marine Biology and Chemistry and now works for the Westchester County Board of Health and still owns her own home in Valrico, FL. My youngest, Salina just finished her third semester and made the Deans List for all three semesters at Wagner College in Staten Island. She has transferred to Saint Rose and will be continuing her studies in psychology.
